What are your products made of? Our collars, leashes, etc are made of a durable, waterproof material called BioThane®.
What is BioThane®? BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable. BioThane® is better than leather because it is more durable, cleanable, stronger and easier to maintain. It is also readily available in different colors. BioThane® is manufactured in a plant located in North Ridgeville, Ohio in the USA.
How long will it take for my products to arrive? We currently have our lead times posted on our banner, this does not include shipping, weekends or holidays. Parcel delivery time can also vary due to shipping delays (which are out of our control).
I changed my mind about something, can I change my order? We want to make sure you are happy with your products so if you need to modify anything in a current order please contact us immediately. However, if your order has already been made we are not able to make any modifications, so please make sure to review your order before checking out.
I put the wrong address what can I do? Please contact us immediately so we can modify your address, however if we have already shipped out your products we are unable to reroute the package back to our office. In this case you must file a claim with the carrier to rectify this issue on your own time.
I have an idea for a product but I don't see it on your website, what should I do? Awesome! Most of our products came from creative customers looking to solve every day problems. Contact us so we can look over your idea requests and hopefully make your idea come to life.
I got my order but something isn't correct. We apologize for the inconvenience, as a small business things can get a little hectic and mistakes are bound to happen. If anything is wrong with your purchase please contact us so we can rectify the issue.
I ordered the wrong size/ width product, can I return or exchange it? Shoot! Sorry to hear the collar doesn't fit properly. We are able to return products however there is a 35% restocking fee and you take on the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us before placing an order so we can help you find the best size and width collar for you pet. If you received a collar that does not fit your pet please email us so we can help resolve this issue.
